Politique Drogues et Alcool

The starting point for the development of alcohol and drug prevention policy is to collectively prevent and alleviate work-related dysfunction caused by alcohol and drug use for all workers and other persons present on the PTS site or that of its customers, by means of the following objectives and actions :

• To become aware of the problem within PTS
• Prohibit the consumption of alcohol and drugs during working hours and prevent employees from coming to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This prohibition is dictated by the nature of the business activity and the specific risks that alcohol and drug use entail for the safety of all.
• Motivate to, and achieve a change in behavior with respect to alcohol and drug use
• Determine the working method and procedure to be followed in the event of a worker's incapacity to work, as regards the transport of the worker to his home and especially the applicable penalties.

I pledge to apply and enforce this policy to limit or reduce the negative impact that the consumption of alcohol and drugs can have on the productivity of the company and especially on its brand image.
